Jmol page (with PDB 3D structure) is not going to work with other browsers due to extensive interaction between the applet and the script on the page. The rest of the site should work with any browser.

limitations and known bugs:

• maximum alignment file size 2mb;
• maximum number of sequences in the alignment after filtering is 3000;
